Great food and outstanding service I recommend this business for a family because it has something for everybody at kinza.

My favorite sushi spot in SCV (besides Light & Healthy).

Every roll I've had here has been bomb and tasted fresh. They have a huge menu selection, as well as specials. Their prices are a bit more expensive than others in the area, but absolutely worth it!

They also have a great lunch menu. I've gotten the three hand rolls that comes with soup and salad for around $20.

Only been here once on a whim and it is now my go to sushi spot in the SCV.

First of all, the service and overall vibes were immaculate. We sat at the bar and Alex and Victor were our sushi chefs. Both of them, but especially Alex was super attentive, asking multiple times how we are doing, and how the food is. I could genuinely tell he cared about his service and about the customers he serves.

The place itself is small enough to feel super cozy and intimate especially at the bar, but large enough that when they need, they could accommodate people at their upstairs area.

And of course, the food was great. We got one roll, yaki soba and a couple of nigiris. Our favorites were the uni and red snapper.
I never tried red snapper but tried it with the recommendation of the customers sitting next to us and oh my goodness! The fish was super fresh and flavorful. The rice ratio was also perfect as well!

Definitely coming back and sitting at the bar next time, preferably with a glass of hot sake :)

We are staying at the Comfort Suites and wanted to get late dinner closeby. We don't want burger or American food. I had my boyfriend in charge of looking at different places close to our hotel while I drive from Merced. He suggested sushi and found this place which was walking distance from our hotel. We got there at around 840pm and got seated right away. They have A LOT of items to choose from. I didn't know what to get. And then one of the sushi makers told us we had 10 more minutes before their last call for orders. We ended up ordering:
Heart Attack - this is the bomb!!! I highly recommend ordering this
Sexy Lady Roll - this has a kick of spiciness. Love the burnt onions that it comes with
911 - I found this really good and spicy.
The serving size is decent (not too small or too big). Service is good. We just noticed that MOST employees are thai and we're constantly speaking their language. I felt a little annoyed by that. Other than that, we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place

I could truly eat this sushi every. single. day. It is that GREAT! In my opinion, it is the best sushi in the entire Santa Clarita Valley. The location is always busy, so keep that in mind when coming here. There are outdoor seats, as well as some seating downstairs, and more upstairs. The waiters and waitresses are all so friendly, and if they're in the mood, they'll do a sake shot with you if you offer it to them! ;) I would totally recommend coming to try this sushi spot out, you won't regret it!

One of my favorite sushi roll restaurant in the SCV.  Favorite roll is probably the Hector hand roll.

Myself and my husband are super picky with sushi but this place is amazing for the value.. we highly recommend this sushi spot ... wont regret!
